Advantages: fast and easy to use.

Disadvantages: nothing.

This is an excellent product. The setup is relatively easy and mostly intuitive. So the manual could be better. The digital tuner is excellent, delivering fantastic quality,as these DVD players picture quality is awsome sound quality is very good.Separte analog and digital areal connectors makes it easy to supply your free to air digital channels with an analog cable offering the best of both world's.The remote control is simple as well were as it's all i press of a button to get where you need. The recording quality can be very good. The picture and audio quality is excellent for playback and recordings. The machine is a bit noisy when operating but no worse than the vcr it replaced.I suppose it does have a hard drive in it and it's therefore not going to be complefely silent. It also does an automatic update when in sand by which meanas that it switehes it self on during the night.probably not something that you want in your bedroom!I would recommend this product to somebody who want a reliable ,high quality box,at a reasonable price.

Summary: If you want a DVD - player that can be attached to the ceiling, than this is a good choice.
