... (and reading the manual) it is quite easy to use, much like a remote for Digital TV. The DVD Player that I have was realy easy to setup, no need to read a confusing manual. As soon as you turn the player on the TV will change to the channel that you can view the film on. The extra features that you get on DVDs are most of the time worth seeing. A lot of people say why go to DVD, for a start the DVDs are a lot more expensive than normal Video's. People have also said, why do I need the extra features than come with DVD, I did without them before when I watched normal videos. Plus the majour difference you can't record them at a reasonable price like of normal VHS videos. I suppose this it was like when CDs first appeared in the 80s, every thought whats the point. You can't record onto CDs they are expensive and so are the players. Anyway, in the short time I have had my DVD Player it has shown me of the advantages of the format.
