	Pioneer DV 575A-S ... and it plays them all flawlessly (unlike a lot of DVD/Divx players). This machine was a replacement purchase of my Toshiba SD340, which never played a single disk correctly EVER! (Jerking picture, pausing then jumping, and screen ‘blotches’, even on brand new DVD disks). I had the Toshiba SD340 replaced twice, both replacement machines never played any disks or file formats correctly) This Pioneer DV 575A does everything you want from a DVD/Divx machine, easy to use, terrific picture and sound quality, simple uncluttered menu (and actually looks good, unlike the no-name chepo machines that have god-awful menu screens), the Pioneer DV 575A even plays DVD audio disks... 	Pioneer DV 370-K ... CD player finally started to play up too much just before Christmas and so we decided to get up with technology and purchase a DVD Player rather than a replacement CD. After weeks of searching the electrical superstores we finally found somewhere with some knowledge and we purchased this Pioneer DV-370 model. As we searched through the shops it became increasingly apparent that most of the manufacturers of DVD players have only one colour of paint in their stock rooms – silver. We really wanted a black one to match the rest of our hi-fi system. So we were really pleased when we found this model as it is black!!! Size wise it is 16.5”x9”x2.5” which means it is not ... 	Pioneer DV 565 ... bought my 565S (the S is for silver) online at Techtronics.com - http://www.techtronics.com/uk/shop/50-pioneer-dv-565-s-multi-region-dvd-player.htm l - and can highly recommend both the player and the store. It cost £186.99 for the multi region version. Why pay so much for a DVD player when you can get one at Asda for £40? Well, I always do a lot of research before I buy pretty much anything. My research paid off big time because this is a cracking player. It?s well worth paying the extra to have the multi region version because it gives you so much more choice as to where you can buy your DVD?s. For example, I bought ?Finding Nemo? on region 4.
