Also I have had mine 6 months now and have had no problems with it at all. I think Samsung in general have a high level of reliability and customer support. I really like Samsung products. I own a samsung TV and so the natural choice for a DVD player was a Samsung model. When you buy a new HD TV it is natural to think you then need to buy a HD DVD player. These can cost you a pretty penny and the HD DVD's themselves will cost over £20 each. If you are like me then you have a decent amount of normal DVD's that you still want to be able to play but you want to enjoy them on your new HD TV.
