Ok, you have 100s of CDs and DVDs, VCDs and you are fed up getting them out of the boxes and putting them in your DVD player - with the Sony DVP-CX850 you will never have to do it again - this DVD player has a carousel that will hold 200 DVD / CDs / VCDs. This has been a great choice of dvd player. I did have a Samsung (woolies cheepo) but this was recalled. So I bought a Sony DVP cx850D. It holds 200 dvds, of which i've filled 100 slots so far. Its really easy to put in more CDs. It has a great on screen menus(it has little pictures for different catagories of films) and a good range of outputs including digital outputs.Many of the features, well, I never really touch them as it can all be done from the remote control. The remote looks a little strange with its shuttle control. It looks like a little joypad. I programmed all the remote functions into my Merantz controller. It worked really well.
