I bought this player specifically for one reason - dual scart sockets. This means that you can route the RGB output from your digital tv box through the player if you have a tv with only one RGB scart. Normally the tv box plays through the dvd, but when you want to watch a dvd the player then swiches the RGB and you then get the DVD. When you finish the disc it switches back.

Picture quality is superb, I only have a NICAM TV so I can only comment on the stereo sound which is fine.

What is bad, well the layout of the remote is terrible. If you like watching fils with the lighs off you will be hard pressed to find the button
you want in the dark!

Otherwise a great player.
