Advantages: nice quality picture

Disadvantages: unremarkable sound

I have owned 3 other top-end DVD players before this and I would recommend Toshiba players for picture quality and Philips for sound.

This DVD player is an excellent quality product for the price.

It is not that well made. It has a picture quality which will not WOW you like that of a Panasonic model. You might as well buy a good quality one such as this and youll be able to really experience cinema quality.

The colours are too bright and the mechanism is a bit noisy! (unusual for a Sony product!) The buttons on the front feel quite solid and feel like they will last if you dont press them too hard.

Im not sure that its build quality is up to scratch, though.
