Advantages: looks great, easy to use, loads of options

Disadvantages: none, none, none

If you don't already know it then let me tell you Sony is the best. Yes there products may be slightly more expensive than some but you are definitely paying for quality and with this DVD player there is no exception. There are more options and modes to increase your DVD experience than you can shake a stick at. All the latest and greatest picture and audio inhacing including simulated surround sound for those of you without the luxuary of a home cinema system. For those of you with the surround sound system the DVD player has all the connections to get the full 5.1 surround going (can't beat it in my opinion but that's another storey).

The design is brilliant, it looks good and it works well too. All the buttons are well labeled and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know which to press without reading the manual. The remote is equally easy to use and can even be used to control your other Sony products which is always useful.

The picture and sound quality are second to none and if you are lucky enough to have a plasma TV and surround sound system (Sony of course!) you really could be in the cinema, all you need is the annoying kids with their mobiles going off behind you! If you are on the lookout for a DVD player then this is the one you want. It will do everything you want it to and then some and all in style!

Hey again andy.
What sort of features specifically does it have?
I'm looking to buy a DVD player but I need a bit more than this as the basis of a choice.
