And also Coax and Optical so there is plenty of choice, (although sadly lacking a scart connection) Output: Outputs DTS, Mped, Dolby Digital and this means that you can get great sound quality (depending on TV/Speaker setup) although if your thinking of a home cinema system it would sound ideal ( i have it connected the the HTK475 system from Sony) Mine came as a region 2 but got it converted to Multi Region which cost around £100 at the time but should be cheaper now. ... you have 100s of CDs and DVDs, VCDs and you are fed up getting them out of the boxes and putting them in your DVD player - with the Sony DVP-CX850 you will never have to do it again - this DVD player has a carousel that will hold 200 DVD / CDs / VCDs. You are also able to conveniently enter the names of each DVD/CD/VCD by connecting a standard PS2 keyboard to the front of the player, then you can easily read the names of your DVDs etc and choose from them in a menu list which appears.
