The best DVD player choice (Wharfedale 750 DVD)

I am writing my review of the newer version Wharfedale DVD player "Wharfedale DVD-750s" rather than the older, original "Wharfedale DVD-750".

Some Tesco stores are still selling the older model, so make sure you buy the second edition of this great DVD player!

People have said the remote control on the original version was poorly designed and the buttons stuck. The remote control in this version is very well designed indeed, it is actually very stylish and the buttons do not stick.

The player itself is black and plays DVD's very well. The Wharfedale DVD-750s has all the features of a DVD player with a big brand name on but at half the price! The zoom and perfect freeze are brilliant and it is easy to skip forward or back scenes.

The hack code to make the player play multi-region DVD's has changed from the original version. You need to open the tray door and press "Step", "Skip back", "Skip next". If you have done this correct, a message in green will appear at the top of the screen saying "Region Free". I recently purchased a Region 1 (American) DVDof Mission Impossible:2 and it plays perfect with brilliant picture and sound quality.

At just £180, this is THE DVD player to buy. I also bought the 28" Wharfedale tv a few months back and the picture is actually better than my Hitachi 28" tv I have! The quality of the Wharfedale products is incredible. It is only available from Tesco stores and it oftem out of stock because it is so popular.

I highly recommend this DVD player. Thanks Wharfedale for such a top-performing DVD player at a great price!
