I was VERY disapointed to find that this unit, built by LG in the year 2009, which cost about 200 Euros, came with a built-in analogue TV-reciever. LG RH389H is a DVD-recorder with built-in HDD. The menus and set-up is easy and straight forward. The image quality both for the native 4:3 TV-format and the upscaled image to 16:9 would be good enough for most normal users. The Time-slip function, which enables you to skip over the commersial breaks is easy to handle. The HDD-recording is easy and produces good quality playback. It is not possible to watch one TV-program, while recording another. This while the unit has only one tuner built-in. It's possible to watch DVD, or a film from the HDD during recording a TV-program.
