Mustek don't work for me (Mustek DVD R100A)

Disadvantages: slow disk reading at start, slow disk finishing, NO Video plus

This player is a cheapo Device that I got from a Store from the dixonx group for Only £179.99. And you can tell why as soon as you get the machine powered up.
The drive tray drags across the case of the machine when you open and close the drawer. once the disk does get in the machine. It takes what seems a life-time to read the disk. Once the disk is ready you have to mess about selecting the input source just to get the Built in tv channel tuner to work. It does not remember the last mode.

There is no real tv recording feature like Video plus ( maybe to keeps cost to a min )
you have to tell the recorder what time the program starts and then how long you want the dvd to record for..

If you use the recorder just to record from what ever device you want. Once you start to record when you press the stop button its takes ages to finish the DVD. a few times it has locked up on me..

Runs warm too even in stand by mode

Keep well clear of this pile of poo. pay and extra £70.00 and get a better model from another maker.
