	Samsung DVD SR275M ... been using my rather old video recorder to tape tv programmes for donkeys years, and never really thought anything of these new dvd recorders. Then last christmas, i was given this dvd recorder by my grandfather. Its been sitting in my spare bedroom for over 2 months, as i really didnt think i would use it. Then comic relief was on tv, and so i decided it would be handy to record it. So i decided to set this machine up. I got it out of the box, and after looking at the quick start up guide, i decided to give it a try. I have to say it wasnt as simple as it looked, and the instructions were rubbish. 	Samsung DVD R136 ... NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!! My advice would be if you have or been given one for Xmas - take it the hell back and get a refund or exchange it for a NON Samsung DVD recorder. Samsung should be prosecuted for selling what is obviously a faulty machine! Plenty of reviews online ALL saying the same thing - it will NOT accept DVD-RW. So, not fit for purpose. Samsung will probably blame the consumer, as always. Well, FOUR brands of HIGH QUALITY BRAND NAMES, cleaning the lensas suggested on some sites DOES NOT WORK! 	Samsung DVD HR750 ... love this Samsung DVD recorder. It has a massive 160Gb hard drive so you can record alot on this product. Unfortunatley with the digital switchover in 2010 this product will be worthless because the reception is an Analogue tuner and will not receive digital channels. It has Progressive scan and DVD-RAM recording format. It also has 2 Scart sockets. The item is easy to use and isn t too big or bulky. It slips in nicly along with my other appliances by the tv. You can play DVD s and CD s in the product . Unfortunatley it doesn t have a Memory card slot and the Basic scart lead isn t included. It comes with a Remote control.
