... it really all that ? When you pop the dvd in it comes up on a black screen and tells you like all workout dvd's all the usual health warning, and maybe consult a doctor first ect. ect. As some of you may know i have been trying to lose weight, The truth is i have been trying for years in between babies with various diets and so on, with having no results up untill recently by putting in real effort and working up a sweat helped by me actually doing some real exercise. Whilst flicking through the dvd listing for workout video's i noticed a title that i recognised, mainly because i already own it along with others. Having there not being a review on this dvd i thought i would step up and do one on my personal experience.
