Braun Oral-B Professional Care 8000: ... bought this toothbrush 6 months ago for £24.99, a real bargain as the RRP is £50.00. After using this toothbrush you can really tell the difference between standard manual toothbrushes aswell as other less expensive electric toothbrushes. When fully charged, the battery lasts for many uses and rarely needs to be charged. It also keeps the brush speed at full power until the battery runs out instead of gradually get...

EggMan Braun Oral-B Professional Care 5000 Rechargeable
... is my first electric toothbrush, always had one of the manual thrust around your mouth ones. First impression was that it was a gimic for the lazy amongst us. However, I have now been using it for over 12 months and I will always have an electric one going forward. The toothbrush comes with the recharging base, one brush head and the toothbrush body. The first noticebable thing was that it did not include the adapter required to plug into the mains. One of the two pronged adapters commonly used for electric razors is required. Good job for me I used an electric razor and therefore had one to hand. Plug the recharging base unit in, the toothbrush sits on a pron...

... ve had three electric toothbrushes in my time - one was a battery powered one from tesco which I threw away because it lost its mojo, one was a Philips one (had to stop using because they discontinued the heads!) and this one. It s definitely the best. The brush features a timer, so it pulses three times when you ve been brushing for the recommended amount of time, and when fully charged, it has a good, strong action on it, whizzing very fast without being too aggressive on your gums. It gives a really good clean, but I find you do have to charge it between every use to get maximum performance from it, and if left to wear down, it does run out of juice quite quckly - wi...

h27gooner Braun Oral B 8900
... is my second Braun oral irrigator system. The last one held up for almost 10 years and this one seems to be pretty much the same high quality. The toothbrush is fine, nothing special, and it only comes with brushes for one person (a regular brush and one for polishing). The handle of the toothbrush has a blue light that stays on all the time (it blinks when charging). If you need a nightlite in your bathroom, that s great, otherwise it s just wasted energy. The really superior part is the oral irrigator. It has a very nice, smooth feel and does not irritate the gums. It requires two button pushes to activate (unlike the old design), one on the side of the unit and on...
