Advantages: Works well, long charge hold, price
Disadvantages: None really
I've had a Boots Expert Rechargeable Toothbrush 7600 for about six months now which I think is a fair timescale to give a balanced review.
**Price and Availability**
The Boots Expert Rechargeable Toothbrush 7600 is, as you'd expect, sold only in Boots stores and online (a delivery charge applies or you can get free delivery to any store, even a Boots Chemist).
The price is a very reasonable £12.99 and this includes two brush heads.
**Looks**
The Boots Expert Rechargeable Toothbrush 7600 looks like any other rechargable toothbrush in styling, with a round brush head and a green rubber styling against the white plastic body. I think it looks good, not cheap, and certainly I've had more expensive rechargable toothbrushes which look very similar.
**Use**
When you first open the toothbrush you must charge it up for 24 hours, this means you'll get a good battery life out of it and won't need to charge it as often. I find I charge mine only once a week based on two three minute brushes a day.
It's very easy to use, obviously you can use any toothpaste with it, I favour Oral B Professional because it works so well with this toothbrush, polishing my teeth.
The brush is easy to reach around my mouth and feels pleasant to use. It gives a light hum, and the brush head is just on the hard side of medium which I prefer.
After a brush, my teeth feel squeaky clean, like when I've been to the dentist. I love using this toothbrush and my husband has since bought one on my recommendation.
Replacement heads work out at £3.50 each (£7 for two) and I tend to replace them every six weeks or so, as I need to. You probably officially have to change them sooner but this is fine for me, I don't like using a brush which is stained or splayed out and six weeks use for £3.50 is fair and decent value for money to me (if you consider how much a decent toothbrush costs anyway).
**Recommend?**
I already have! Yes there are other toothbrushes out there with more bells and whistles which have timers, bells, buzzers, colour changing heads and goodness knows what else but for me this Boots Expert Rechargeable Toothbrush 7600 for £12.99 is excellent value for money, long lasting and six months on just as good as the day I bought it.
I have since recommended it to my husband who has bought one for himself and we share one (with different heads!) for travel. I also plan to buy one as a gift in a hamper for my nephew who is going to University, along with a lot of heads.
I highly recommend the Boots Expert Rechargeable Toothbrush 7600, it is a quality rechargable toothbrush for a very bargain price.
