This is my second Braun oral irrigator system. The last one held up for almost 10 years and this one seems to be pretty much the same high quality. The toothbrush is fine, nothing special, and it only comes with brushes for one person (a regular brush and one for polishing). The handle of the toothbrush has a blue light that stays on all the time (it blinks when charging). If you need a nightlite in your bathroom, that's great, otherwise it's just wasted energy. The really superior part is the oral irrigator. It has a very nice, smooth feel and does not irritate the gums. It requires two button pushes to activate (unlike the old design), one on the side of the unit and one on the irrigator handle. It took me a while to work that out! The irrigator has colour-coded tips for four users. All-in-all, a "best in class" product.
