This is the first time I had changed from a traditional manual toothbrush to an electric one and I must admit I will never go back as my teeth feel so much more cleaner and smoother after using the Braun Oral- B Professional Care 7000 which is a bit of a mouthful for a toothbrush as far as names go but thankfully it has a relatively small head so it is easy to use.

This is a rechargable toothbrush and initially it had to charge for about ten hours however now I charge it up about once every ten days or so and it does not take long.

It was not cheap and lots of places had it at £49.99 which is a lot however I managed to buy on the net for £29.99 and given how good it is I think it has been money well spent.

It has two pulsing actions when it is operating which is designed to break down the plaque on your teeth and also help prevent gum disease and it is quite powerful as it has over 660 oscillations a minute.

It is easy to clean you just run the head under the cold water tap, the recharger is a two pin plug so if you do not have a shaving socket then you need to buy a three pin adapter to recharge it.

I also like the fact that the heads have coloured bristles which tell you when it is time to change them and I find the body of the brush to be quite flexible and easy to manoveur aroud your mouth.

Definately a good buy in my opinion.
