When I purchased my electric toothbrush 2 years ago, I did not realise the effect it would have on my brushing habit.

I have always cleaned my teeth vigorously. However one use of this makes you feel that you have never cleaned your teeth properly before.

You hold the brush against each tooth with the brush just touching the gum. You move around the mouth doing each tooth individually front and back. There is a timer of 2 minutes so that you know you have cleaned your teeth adequately.

The way your teeth feel after cleaning is out of this world. They feel smooth and spotless. Using a normal toothbrush after using this one is useless. Your teeth don't feel so smooth and they feel as though they are still coated.

These toothbrushes are rechargable so there are no worries about leads or replacing batteries. All you need to remember is to keep it charged.

I would highly recommend buying one of these if you haven't got one already.
