Disadvantages: Suspect short battery life

Two years ago my wife and I bought a Philips Sensi-flex electric toothbrush (HX 2550) and have been very pleased with its performance.

However, recently we began to notice the battery was not holding its charge for too long. Well outside its guarantee period, I simply asked Philips if it was possible to purchase a replacement battery. Without a second thought they promptly replaced the whole toothbrush with their latest model.

You couldn?t ask for better Customer Service. We will certainly buy other Philips products in future.
