Making the Xbox look even better (Mad Catz XBox 360 Liverpool FC Face Plate)

The idea is a simple one, the front cover of the Xbox360 is removed easily by just pressing the release button and giving it a quick tug. Then it can be replaced by this front cover, which as you can see by the picture shows the Liverpool badge at the bottom. Although the picture is shown with the Xbox on its side, it actually looks much better when it's in the standing position. Which is lucky as we always had the Xbox stood up anyway.

I have to admit I was a bit nervous taking the original front cover off as I have a tendency to snap the little plastic clips when doing things like this, but it actually came off very easily, and I think you'd need to remove it with a sledgehammer in order to break anything. The Liverpool faceplate went on just as easily as the other one came off. The Liverpool faceplate is the same thickness and strength of the original, and it is endorsed by both Liverpool FC and Microsoft.

So job done, all that remains now is to sit back and admire it. And admire it he does, and so do all his friends, in fact there has been a much larger influx of my son's friends into the house since he got this. With lots of comments like 'that's great' 'I want one, where did you get it?', so it has proved very popular.

There is another Liverpool faceplate as well, which is red and white at the top but has the Liver Bird at the bottom.

They certainly makes the Xbox stand out, and it's a nice change from the plain white or black of the Xbox, and at £9.99 it's a cheap filler for birthday or Christmas presents and a great way to make a young boy very happy indeed. This in turn makes a mum very happy indeed.

Summary: They also do faceplates for lesser teams that aren't worth mentioning lol
