Better than HD?

After seeing the quality of HD LCD televisions I wasn't convinced for the price buying one would be worth it.

So I researched a different option which was plugging your Xbox 360 to a computer monitor. I found out all I needed was a VGA HD AV cable so I went ahead and found a slick looking monitor from HP which was a 19' Widescreen.

I then went on the search for a VGA HD Cable which is harder than you think on the high street! None of the main high street electrical shops like Comet, Curry's, and Tesco etc stocked them. There were a lot of online shops which sold them but I wanted it ASAP. The price for one of these cables is around £20. I thought that was quite steep but Is Is actually worth it for the assurance of it working well and the extra audio and video adapters.

If thinking about purchasing one of these, some cheaper brands don't include the adapter for audio, whereas the official Microsoft version does!
Thanks to that, installing it was stress free and when I turned the Xbox on I was amazed at how clear it was. It was like looking at a PC screen when reading the text on the screen, REALLY clear and smooth. Comparing this to a HD Television alternative up to 30'' there was no competition. The VGA HD is incredible.
