The Nintendo DS Stylus is vital for any DS owner as without one you cannot use the touch screen functionality that most Nintendo DS games are famed for. Stylus The stylus is a pen like device that you use to operate the Nintendo DS's lower touch screen, if you have seen a palm pilot or other similar device you will familiar with this touch screen concept. The stylus allows users to scribble on the screen and perform fun actions like petting your dog, stirring a soup, slashing your sword, moving your character, shooting a gun and many more things. This is a change from all the button bashing that older games have to offer. As you can see the ... Read the complete review

It has to be one of the most common lost items any console - The Nintendo DS Stylus. Whether you lose it in the car, on an aeroplane or even in your own house, they are almost impossible to find. Thanks to the Nintendo DS Stylus packs that are available for purchase, not only can you stock up on your Stylus' for when one goes missing, but they come in all different colours and materials too! They are sold in packs of three or four normally. There are many other variations that you can buy such as three packs with a Nintendo DS strap, or Nintendo DS Lite cases that are uniquely designed from a particular game that comes with a matching Stylus. Nintendo DS Stylus What is a Stylus? A Stylus is the name given to the pen-like instrument used to operate the touch screen on the Nintendo DS Consoles. The stylus is made of plastic and is shaped in the style of an ordinary pen, although it is smaller and a lot thinner. The stylus' have a small, softer plastic point so that you can play your DS with ease and hit the finer points on your DS. Obviously, using your finger etc does work on the touch screen but you cannot hit things in a smaller area with ease and using other objects may damage your screen. When you purchase your Nintendo, you will be provided with a Stylus and possibly two. ... Read the complete review

I recently got a new phone (yes, another) and it's a touch screen one, so as would make sense I tried using my fingers, before realising I had really fat ones and this was gonna take all day to gamble on the move via things like betfair and tiny on screen keyboards. So as a result I nipped into gamestation and picked up a pack of these (yeah a packet, I realise I will almost certainly be losing them all by the end of next week) to use instead of my chubby digits. Yes I know what you're thinking "Thats not what they were made for" and "You're an idiot" and you're probably right, touch screen technology still isn't great after all. Anyway it ... The Nintendo DS Stylus is a very simple product, but is one that you may need to buy as they can be quite easily lost. Once it's lost, the stylus is really hard to find. I have previously dropped mine on an aircraft down the side of a seat and never found it - it must have rolled to the back of the cabin. It's hard not to lose them as they are so small and can easily be dropped like a small pen. You will get a stylus with your Nintendo DS. The new Nintendo DS Lite has a slightly longer and thicker stylus for more efficient use. It comes in a corresponding colour to your Nintendo DS. However, if you lose them all, there is a handy place to head to when you want ... Read the complete review
