R4 card - Open to abuse but ideal back up for DS games (R4 Revolution DS)

This is something every DS owner should have. If anyone out there is like me (and my children) we are not very good at putting the games away back in their boxes after playing them and so I have often had to rummage down the back of the sofa to find my copy of brain training as it had been replaced with Mario. When the get mis-treated like this they do have a tendency to stop working (I know its may own fault before someone puts the comment on)

With this card and a a micro SD card I can now back my games up - it also means that I only need to take one cartridge with me when I go on holiday and I don't have to worry about losing the games.

In order to make it work you do need to download some software so that the DS can recognise it but there are instructions on the net to do this. If you only copy games that you already own and are using it for back up purposes then the legality is OK however it is open to abuse and there is nothing to show if you are downloading it because you already own the original or if you are downloading it illegally.

Personally I am happy to use it as a back up device and have the convenience when going on holiday and it is worth the £25 investment on those grounds alone.
