	Apple Retail Store ... looked around at the i-Phone for a while I eventually decided to buy one after selling my DSLR camera. Being a bit of a bargain hunter I decided to buy it directly from Apple as they were the only ones advertising any cashback on Topcashback, both O2 and the carphone Warehouse had zero cashback on the i-Phone for some reason. The Apple website isn t the best website I ve ever used, it looks quite slick and well presented but I didn t find it very good for navigation and speed. 	Comet ... only reason I ordered he item from thw Comet website was the information stating that you offered free delivery and installation - On delivery they informed me that they were not aware there was an installation. I called the customer service office and was advised that they were fully booked and I had to wait until friday to have the item installed. This means another day s leave I must take, and the inconvenience of a further two days without an oven. The girl did say she would refund the delivery charge I was charged (although their website stated FREE delivery) and the scappage fee £8 - great - I get £8 back for having to wait for installation 2 days and having to ... 	Creative Audio (Shrewsbury) ... notice that unfortunately there really is a lack of hi fi shops around this area and therefore creative audio has a massive edge in the market by lack of numbers alone. I visited this store because I was looking to build my first hi fi seperates system but was still unsure as to what these components were going to be. The store itself is quite small but everything is nicely presented and well arranged. I was greeted by 2 sales guys who asked how they could help me and after briefly detailing what I was looking for, they offered a hi fi system which was within my budget that I could listen to.
