their service for power users is terrible. if you try to return something, they will invariably test it. and here-in lies the problem. the fact that they want to test an item is fine, but their testers are frankly, incompetent, and their knowledge about computer components, and how they operate their tests, are both terrible. they also recommended something that they said would fix a problem i had, but it did nothing to fix it, but they would still not offer a refund. also, a motherboard purchased as new, was previously used. naturally they denied this.
