Advantages: Good product range, reasonably priced

Well, my experience of Comet has been pretty positive, to date.
Purchases over the last 12-18 months have included 2 laptops (a week apart), a fridge freezer, microwave, computer consumables, Playstation 2, various PS2 games and a set of hair straighteners.

Their website is pretty clear, with decent search facility, good images and information and a comaprison facility.
The range of products is good across the board - they are nt really experts in any brand or particular product, but offer a wide variety of goods in all price brackets.

Staff are a bit vague at times, probably because they dont have enough training on certain products, but otherwise helpful and attentive.

Comet doesnt rip you off too badly for delivery either - and when tey were late delivering my fridge freezer - they did at least stay in contact with me and waived the delivery fee completely - no question.

Altogether, a reasonable company.
