i paid £500 for an LG television 15 weeks ago, on the 29th Feb it blew up, on the 4th March a man came out to fix it and came with the wrong part, he re-ordered the new part and an engineer called out tonight 11th March and told me it was the wrong part. i have been told by Comet that its no good taking the television back as they will not replace it, so it looks like another week goes by with no television. Each time i have to arrange for my parents to wait at my house for the engineer. i have to keep telephoning the call centre to speak to someone as you cannot get phone numbers for the shops. i will never shop at comet again, Asda has the best returns policy if things go wrong it looks like i am stuck with a rogue television.

Summary: ok to look but not buy goods
