i bought a laptop from comet march this year, 3 weeks after i bought it, it started to over heat, it go so hot that i burnt your legs if it was on your knee, i switches off when hot and locks up if you use it for long periods of time and, it also has a problem with loading data discs, has been back to comet several times, have been told that i can not have a replacement as it is a software problem which is causing the overheating and lock up problem, i would be very intersted to know which software would cause a laptop to overheat, MAYBE IT IS FIREWALL. it sounds hot,has been reset to factory settings 8 times, have been trying for months to get this sorted, i would be better off hitting my head against a brick wall , any advice
