Advantages: several dispatch options at reasonable rates, low prices and good choice, prompt dispatch and arrival of goods

Disadvantages: was a bit slow but a vast improvement

Having used this company in the past my main complaint was that they were a bit slow in dispatching the goods.
On my more recent orders their has been a marked improvement, you have a good choice of options of courier method, I have found the cheapest ,parcel force standard option they offer to have been excellent value for money for more weighty orders and arrived in a few days at a post and packing rate far less than that offered by other retailers for the same weight, I have been lucky enough to have no problems with the items ordered apart from on one occasion I got a phone call soon after my order from eclipse to inform me that a cpu cooler I had ordered was awaiting further stock and offering an alternative if I didn’t want to wait or to cancel, how many on line companies would even bother, so for me personally they have been quite satisfactory and excellent value for money.
