Why oh why do I bother!
This company has the worst customer service line I have ever had the misfortune of trying to get a suitable answer from(allegedly).
"Erm, hang on i'll go and ask someone who can come up with a better lie than me"
"Durghh, I'll check just after the lines have closed at 5.30 then you can't call back, durghh"

How does this company survive will all the negative reviews about it. Let others know just how bad this shop is before they waste their time.
It's not the first i've had a bad time with them and at least 3 of my friends have had bad times too.
The sales line isn't too bad but that's just to sucker you in because if something goes wrong with your order then you're left to the mercy of the monkeys.
"Urr, let me see how I can get rid of you sir, urr, erm, [click]. . . . ."
Another happy customer, well done, gold stars all round Eclipse.
