Advantages: Cheep prices, good stock range.

Disadvantages: Slow in the customer service depertment with returns

I have been using Eclipse for several years now. Like MattJGalloway I live in Coventry, only a few minutes away from the store. It is my first port of call for any computer supplies just because its close and cheep.

I have had my fair share of problems with customer service being slow, but they have never failed to resolve problems.

I have seen people going in there with minor problems, you really should read up about your problem before taking it in.

Eclipse computers isn't for the standard pc user really, its for people looking for components and know something about computer constuction. If you want to buy a PC, get one from dell, or (urgh) PC World.

Summary: Eclipse computers isn't for the standard pc user really, they really aren't that bad!
