Advantages: Cheap - But you know when something is too good to be true it normally is!!

Disadvantages: Just drop your money down a drain if something goes wrong

I have been using Eclipse Computers for a number of years. Yes there prices are good. Yes the customer service is terrible. Don't expect to go in to buy a pack of CD's without being in a queue for over 30 minutes. Strange system where the counter staff go out back, tell you its in stock. The go back out again to get it. each trip out back taking about 5 minutes!! But the price savings make up the for lacking in customer service. Does this sound like a recommendation for eclipse computers - NO!! Now I have have see how they respond to faulty I would not recommend anyone to use Eclipse. Go pay the extra few pounds difference at a reputable supplier to at least get a guarantee that is worth something!! I have assembled many pcs but after returning a board that actually exploded I was made to feel like a complete idiot and was sent away with no replacement or support. If you want cheap, and dont care if the things you buy only last a few months, then use Eclipse. If you want real value : go elsewhere!!

Summary: After years of loyalty - I would not recommend Eclipse Computers to anyone!!
