Disadvantages: The whole experience
I wish I had done an on-line search before dealing with this so called retailer.
Ordered a water cooling kit, normally in stock, but don't go with this as everything is "normally in stock" according to the site. Payment was taken at the point of sale, paid for the 2/3day delivery service, then received a confirmation e-mail. So far almost the normal steps for on-line sales, but this is where it stopped.
Most places on-line have tracking system ( both the delivery company's Eclipse claim to use have this service ), even if they don't have this then you should get confirmation e-mail of items being despatched or one advising the item is not in stock, but I received nothing for 12 days ( that's not quite true, I did get one advising of "Hot Offers", which I did not sign up for ). So after the 12 days I sent the first of 4 e-mails trying to get some info about my order, as their on-line Account service is useless. Also started to try the phone number for Customer Services, but this just rang out.
I did get a response from my last e-mail ( 20 days ) advising them that I have contacted my credit company, to start a chargeback process, unless they give some indication of the order status. so I could get my money back.
And here is the direct quote from the reply>
"I apologize for the delay in replying, I have just checked on the status of your order and I’m afraid the news is not good. The water cooling device that you ordered is currently out of stock, and not expected to arrive for at least another week.
I have for now canceled the order and sent it for a refund. If there is anything else we can do to help please let us know."
The thing that was most annoying was the lack communication and then to just cancel the order without asking was the last straw. They are the worse company I have ever have the miss-fortune to deal with and that's both on-line and off-line.
Summary: AVOID at all costs.

- 15/09/06 Delayed response yes but I would be pleased that they were refunding rather than holding on to my money.
