Eclipse Computers (Coventry) - I have had several dealings with this company with mixed results. My latest purchase was 256Mb of Memory and a LCD monitor. I only recived 128MB of memory, I e-mailed the company to complain that the order was wrong. They told me to send the item back, saying it would be tested and if found working - returned to me with me having to pay all the postage costs (obviously they never read my email correctly). I pointed out that I would be willing to accept an extra 128Mb of RAM (if they would accept my word for it). There has been no response from the Customer Services which is possibly the worst I've ever come across. I will NOT be doing any future business with this Company.

Summary: Pays your money - takes your chance.
