Extremely bad service.

I placed an order from them on the 13/11/2006 and my card was debited immediately. I received a confirmation email stating this and was expecting delivery of the items the next day. However, over a week went by without hearing from them. I decided to give them a call on the 20/11/2006 to find out what was going on. I was told by the sales assistant that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock and that it wouldn’t ever be in stock. I was offered a cheaper alternative and he promised to refund the difference back to my card and that the items would be dispatched that day.

The next day (21/11/2006) I decided to call them to confirm that the items had been dispatched and spoke to the same sales assistant. He then told me that they hadn’t been dispatched so I then cancelled the order because of being messed about. I asked for the full amount to be refunded back to my card and told him that the goods must not be sent out. He acknowledged this and said the amount would be refunded back to my card within 3-5 working days.

However, three days later the goods were left at my neighbour’s house. They should have only been delivered to my address and had they of been I would of refused delivery. I have taken the item back to my local post office (25/11/2006) for it to be returned to sender by parcel force

Now after a refund but they are ignoring all my emails and trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare

So to sum it up.

THEY SAY ITEMS ARE IN STOCK WHEN THEY'RE NOT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

NO CONTACT

EXPENSIVE CS LINE THAT THEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD ON PURPOSE AND THEN HANG UP

VERY HARD TO GET A REFUND

STAY WELL CLEAR
