I used eclipse-computers.com as they were the only site to show the fan I wanted in stock. Having done some background research I knew these clowns had some bad comments already, but I risked it anyway. I put a wireless usb adapter in the basket too, something I'd normally buy elsewhere.

They sent an order confirmation and debited my card straight away. No delivery timescale provided. No despatch confirmation. Wireless adapter arrived a week later - really poor quality product (was cheap though, and does work). The fan never arrived.

All communication is done in one-liners with an "I don't give a s***" attitude. Although they do respond, which is always worth one star, even though I haven't had a refund yet.

In my opinion, it is not worth wasting your time, money or patience with Eclipse-computers.com

I agree - it's about time Coventry Trading Standards showed some 'teeth' and not just its gums and nailed these bastards hard. There was a website called Romulus2 dunno if its been up lately it was down for several months, the amount of bad press for eclipse was astounding, yet these tossers are so arrogant they don't care, either that or they don't think that the paying punter can 'read'.

When it comes to customer service they weren't even in the right queue when that was handed out, they were no.1 in the 'bullshit' line and are still there waiting at queue position number one, the same as their phone system.

They can't be trusted, liars out and out, take money before goods are even in STOCK and basically rip off every poor bastard that darkens the door, I know PC World in Coventry aren't much better, but at least you can talk to the muppets and when you take something back, you WILL get your money back or a replacement, where as with eclipse, your money - our till - SO LONG SUCKER, YOU'VE JUST BEEN RIPPED OFF, COME BACK AGAIN SOON !!!!!! :)
