Disadvantages: NO COMMON SENSE OR KNOWLEDGE WORTH SPEAKING ABOUT

I rang and asked for confirmation that a laptop optical drive i needed to repair my laptop had been directly replaced by the later and upgraded version they stocked as I was in some doubt as to wether the bezels were identical.

Long story cut short is that they wrongly advised me that their alternative was appropriate and now they are refusing to refund the £8 carriage costs I have incurred.

They must be in serious trouble if they can't afford to pay for an £8 mistake!

What a bunch of jokers.

Don't risk your hard earned on them.

Never dealing with these people again!!!

Summary: I'd rather stick pins in my eyes than deal with Eclipse again
