Disadvantages: it's like giving money away for nothing

Chew your own leg off before going anywhere near this company. Crap computers - mine broke down 3 times in the first 3 months, had to go back each time, and they refuse a refund as it wasn;t the same fault each time. They even wanted me to pay for it to go back after the third breakdown. You have been warned - DO NOT BUY. The techie help phone lines are always busy - but it's only ever one voice that answers so "all our operators are busy" has a false ring to it. I cannot believe how bad they are, so DO NOT BUY - it;s cheap and you get an awful lot less than you pay for. Try www.moneyclaim.gov.uk to start a small claims process on line - maybe the courts can help - it's your only hope, and not too expensive

Summary: awful terrible, rubbish, junk equipment, chronically poor service
