this is the worst cowboy company i have seen run by indians! they do not have a clue! My advice to you all is to stay clear of this outfit. I use a company in Rugby now who in my last 45 + orders with them - they have not let me down! the service is A1. most times i go in to their shop its almost alway busy,however, they have this big fat bloke on the counter to keep eveyone entertained. (thats why i go) :)
