I initially ordered one ATX case from them which was listed as "normally in stock", and I paid for next day delivery. However, 6 days later, it still hadn't arrived. So I e-mailed them to ask them where it was, and I got no reply. So, I rang them and was told that it was out of stock and offered me the option of changing the case to one that was in stock. If I was told that it wasn't in stock in the first place, I wouldn't have bothered!

The sales person I spoke to on the phone was helpful mind. By the end of choosing a case that WAS in stock (which took 3 attempts) I was on first name terms with him!

I probably would buy from them again, but only as a last resort. If you want first class service, go to novatech.

Summary: Wouldn't bother if you want a quick and easy purchase
