Advantages: Fairly low prices on some parts

Poor quality is the products is the first thing about them. I bought a computer this January and immediatley had problems with them not being able to supply the correct colour case that I asked for, the case itself that i received is of very low quality compared to other cases of the same price on other sites. When i received the computer and needed to insert a wireless internet card i found that there were stickers on the case walls saying that if i was to remove them then the warranty would be void (the alternative to this was to have eclipse fit the card for me for a cost of £40). When i had cut through the stickers i found most of connections held together with glue! Back in august i returned from my holiday to find my computer was beginning to randomly freeze, eclipse said that they would pick the computer up (i live 10 miles away from eclipse) for a cost of over £20 and would attempt to fix it for a cost of £40, though if they could not find any errors they would not refund the charge. This error was fixed my a local IT technician - When the computer was built, eclipse had plugged the HDD into the wrong SATA port.

Summary: Avoid at all costs
