I've been using Eclipse for many years now and it has almost always been spot on. I mostly go to the shop itself to pick up the pieces and the service there is very helpful, with the people there knowing their products. I try avoid Saturday mornings though as its normally quite busy.

Regarding stock issues on their website; well, ot really had this issue as I generally go in person.

I once had a problem back in 99 with some incompatible bits, but they sorted it out quick enough.

I'll keep using them when I need parts ASAP (or when I get messed about by eBuyer!).

Summary: I'll keep using them!
