Ordered a Wii before Christmas under the impression that it would be dispatched in around 10 days. They were the only company offering them for a reasonable price at the time. A week later they emailed to say it would be delayed. I heard nothing else so i cancelled the email by order a month after i ordered it. I thought it was all fine until the thing turned up on my doorstep a further month later (2 months since i ordered it!!) I called to tell them the mistake and was immediately told they didn't believe me and "couldn't find the email i sent." In the end despite making several calls to the manager I resorted to agreeing for them to refund the Wii minus postage. However, they also charged me £11 collection charge which I did not authorise. I had to claim the postage and collection charge back with help of the bank.

Summary: DO NOT USE. Spend your money with a repectable company.
