I have just had to cancel my order from this bunch of cowboys, I placed my order on a Sunday ad paid for next day delivery, Tuesday came and went but no delivery so i phoned them up I was also told I was umber 1 in the queue for about 20mins!
When they finally decided to answer the phone I was told that one of the items I wanted was out of stock so I asked why I had not received an email or call to tell me that and the guy on the phone just said "We don't do that". I was then told that the item would be in stock "tomorrow" so I said I would wait. On Thursday when I still had no delivery I phoned again same thing I was number 1 in the queue for about 20 minuets but this time they told me that they had no date for my item coming into stock!!
So I cancelled my order and asked if I would get an email to confirm that it had been cancelled and guess what they don't do that either! I was the given what I'm sure was a made up number as a reference.

Fortunately I paid with a credit card so I can just have them get my money back for me but I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this company.

Summary: You may think you are saving a few quid but its not worth the effort
