Advantages: excellent service, very helpful people!!!!

Disadvantages: slow response to calls! waited 30-40 minutes on hold, before anyone answered :(

This was my first time using Eclipse Computers, and luckily iam glad i didnt see the reviews on here before ordering.

Having Placed my order around 2pm a few mondays ago, forr a new computer, costing approx £2000, I received a confirmation email within a few minutes. Called the following day to confirm my order had been processed, and asked when I would be receiving the system, as the website says 2-3 days, however, after speaking to a helpful chap in customer services (James ?) was told that systems are taking about 2-3 weeks before dispatch. At this stage i was quite disappointed however, he explained everything to me, which I felt quite satisfied about, then just as Im about to hang up, he also informes me that he has noticed I selected 4gb of memory on my order, and that Windows Vista Home Premiuim wouldn't support, or show all 4gb's and I might consider getting the 64bit version. As this is something Ive never heard of, I felt quite glad about having called, so I decided to change to the 64bit version. He also tells me that as i selected 1066mhz memory, and the process or i chose only runs at 1333, that i would not see much of a difference between the memory i chose, and some other 667mhz memory, which was alot cheaper, so i changed this too (however, had to call their sales team, to change all these things afterwards).

17 days later, I have just received my new computer, and everything is a.o.k!

from my experience, and their helpfulness, i shall be using eclipse computers from now on! excellent customer service, and satisfaction!!!!

not too sure why so many people seem to be un-satisfied with their service, I must admit, I had to wait for 30-40 mins in que position 1, which is quite frustrating, but everyone seems to be very informative, and extremley helpful!

Summary: I will be recommending eclipse computers to all of my friends and family, they are a great lot!
