Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Poor service, very bad warranty, bad sales, Steel your money!
Steer well clear - Crooks. Nothing but problems with their sales, service, warranty & product!
Paid 550.00GBP for a PC which arrived broken / faulty with wireless keyboard & mouse missing.
Spoke to JAMES in customer service several times, NEVER recived the missing keyboard & mouse which i had paid for!
The PC broke just months into its use & was no longer functional, sent back for Warranty repair.
Never had any email,letter,phone call from Eclipse with regards to the repairs progress.
Spoke to JAMES several times, was useless, rude & unhelpful. Told me he can't give me any time scales as to repair time & it will be fixed when ever the get time, 1month - 12 months! JOKE
After weeks of phone call complaints with James I spoke to his so called Boss, Lee Greatex.
Lee tried to charge me 65.00 for wasting their time, saying the PC wasn't broken and that there would be an inspection fee!
DON"T BUY FROM THESE GUY'S EVER!

- 22/06/08 If providing false documentation to my credit card company constitutes fraud, that would make them frausters too.
Next time I'll use Dabs or Microwarehouse - not this bunch of cowboys. |
