After placing an order for a £300 Zalman Case, and selecting Next Day delivery with Eclipse, I called them the following day to confirm that the item would be with me that day. To my disappointment, I was informed by a helpful chap in Sales (James ??) that it would not be with that that day due to the product being special order, and that I would need to wait 2-3 days for it to be ordered in. 3 days later, I called them to find the status, only to find that it had been dispatch the evening prior, and would be with me that day. 2 hours after my call to them, the courier arrives with the Zalman Case, so all-in-all a great experience!! I'm only glad I didn't look at these reviews before placing an order :-\

Not too sure why people rate Eclipse so badly, although having some disappointment with this first order, I was informed that this info is stated on the products page, which is now clear to me, and would recommend, and be using them again!
