This company has failed. Epic Failed.

on monday the 8th of december my home pc suffered from a bit of a brain fart while trying to run everquest 2 and i decided to replace the main bits of it with something more up to date.

on tuesday the 9th of deember i went to thier website and ordered ..
a motherboard
a chip
2gig of ram
and a graphics card

all of which said "normally in stock" and i selected next day delivery.

on wednesday to 10th of dec i phoned them to see why my bits had not arrived. i was informed that 2 of the items (the chip and the gfx card) were out of stock. at this point i wanted to cancel the order and go buy from somewhere else, but there was a problem. they had already taken the money and if i canceled the order i wouldnt get it beack till at least friday. this just wouldnt do . im subscribed to a game that my pc wont play anymore. so we(myself and the guy on the phone) looked through their computer/website and found a couple of more expensive components that were actually in stock and i paid the extra. no now im expecting next day delivery to turn up on the 11th..

on thursday the 11th of december i phoned up again to find out why my bits havet arrived. it turns out that between my phoning and getting my order sorted and them going to pick the order they sold out of the motherboard i wanted.. its all alright tho says the guy on the phone i can have this other motherboard thats practically the same for the same price.. so i go have a look at it on the website. it is almost identical, except only 1 ide channel. but i want this and i want it fast so i tell them thats fine just send me the bloody thing.

its now december 12th . i have been up since 7am incase they actualy try to deliver it today . but to be honest i dont hold out much hope. im expecting it to not turn up and to have to phone them again and select new ram. this has been the worst online shopping experiance i have ever had.

Summary: all in all an awful experiance , try ebuyer , dabs, or aria. mmuch better companies.
