Yes, Eclipse is a low priced computer shop. They also sell parts for computers which is handy. Yes if there is a queue to the door you will be lucky to be served within 1/2 an hour. And if you order off the internet there is no confimation email or anything. You just get a box turn up maybe a week or two after the order. When I first ordered from them there was excuses of delivery problems and the items not being in stock, I recieved the goods after about a month. When I ordered a custom built Computer it was built and ready in 2 weeks! Quite quick for what I've heard in reviews. I've also noticed the website always says "normally in stock" when you get down to Eclipse, they always offer me with an alternative. Normally more expensive. But probably better quality than the other one. Yes a lot of things seem to be out of stock and there is never a warning on the internet. Normally in stock according to their website. They should update their website sometimes. And when you are in the shop they never have any stock record on their computers, they always have to go to the back and "check" they have it in stock.
A bit more thought, organisation and effort and it will be a good shop.
